I'M NOT RECEIVING EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS:

• Login at www.hwp-you.com/login
• Click into your Program
• Click the Member Profile photo circle at the top right hand corner of the screen
• The second link in the drop-down menu list is Settings
• Ensure the boxes are checked for you to receive email notifications
• IMPORTANT: Click the Save button in the bottom right corner to save your settings.

I WANT TO CHANGE MY CREDIT CARD ON FILE:

• Login at www.hwp-you.com/login
• Click into your Program
• Click the Member Profile photo circle at the top right hand corner of the screen
• At the top of the page, you will notice two links:
  
  • 1) Settings and
  • 2) Billing Information
• Click on Billing Information to either change or remove your credit card
• To save, click Update Card.

I MISSED A GROUP REVIEW CALL:

• All Group Review and Q&A Calls are recorded and loaded to the Program Member Area online  within 48 hours. Q&A is based on previously-emailed questions.
• Simply go into your Program Area, find the Group Review and Q&A Calls section at the bottom (second to the last section) and look for the date you missed.
